BEST FOOD IVE HAD IN A WHILE! I love the scenery. The music is always going and the waiter is very nice. We ordered vegetarian dishes because they have so many to choose from. I loved everything and the atmosphere. The price is great and the sauce for the Braised Tofu was amazing!! Highly addictive!!!!

Food and service were both amazing! We went twice within our 5 day stay in Savannah. The pork soup dumplings are to die for! My husband also enjoyed the hot oil wontons. The barbecue pork buns melt in your mouth. And my husband also really enjoyed the sake! 10/10 experience. Will definitely be back! So so good! Must try!

E-Tang is a true gem for anyone craving authentic Asian cuisine.The dim sum is outstanding, with every dish tasting fresh and perfectly prepared. A standout for us was the pork belly with bun—the soft, fluffy buns paired with tender, flavorful pork belly were an absolute delight. Their Kong Pao kitchen dishes are another must-try—perfectly spiced, bold, and incredibly satisfying. The flavors are spot-on, showcasing true authenticity in every bite. We also loved the bar, which featured a great selection of Asian beers, Qingdao - brings memories back from China. The owner was amazing. He was so enthusiastic, kind, and attentive, making us feel right at home. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests and their experience, taking exceptional care of everyone. If you’re looking for delicious, authentic dim sum and more, served in a friendly and welcoming environment, E-Tang is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love this location! The service is stellar. We had a terrific experience. The beer and sake were delicious! The food was ON POINT. The scallion pancake YES. It's a must. No regrets. I ordered it again on a delivery a week later. So, so good. Pan fried dumplings (pork). Also a yes. Also re-ordered these a week later! Great flavor and texture. Barbecued Pork Buns: Loved! I loved the flavor of the barbecue with the sweetness of the bun. I'll probably order these again this week. Green Tea Red Bean Bun: These were interesting. Not bad, just interesting flavor. Sweet, for sure. Soup Dumplings: Delicious! Great flavor explosion inside! They needed a tinnnny bit more soup inside, in our opinion. Fried cheese Wonton: Hard to go wrong with this! There was one dish we didn't like, it's not on the big menu. It was some type of dumpling or roll with a more clear wrapper. It was not a hit for any of us, sadly. The prices were fantastic, too!

I have had dim sum in LA, NYC, San Fran and Vancouver and this place I rank up there with the best!!! Thw scallion pancake was to die for, the hot oil dumplings, shuMai, and other goodies were amazing I cant wait to go back!! 's

This place is 's ALL THE WAY!!! The scallion pancake is the best I ever had!! All the dim sum was wonderful and all the dumplings are handmade. Will definitely go back! Peach sake was YUM!!

Etang quickly became one of my favorite little getaways after work! The food presentation and taste are always amazing and the service is so wonderful, it feels like visiting a friend. I can’t stay away for too long and that is greatly due to how warmly Mr. Felix treats us. Like he’s known us for years.

This is place delivers, I came here and was impressed with the service and food. One of the best features is the amazing price for the quality you get. I will def comeback for more, highly recommended.
